During the 2011 Miami Boat Show, the Boating Writers of America presented Suzuki Marine with the NMMA Innovation Award for the DF50A’s innovations which remains some of the leading features in its class.
Outboard Class Exclusive DOHC Performance
This is the only engine in the 50 hp class to offer DOHC performance, with four valves per cylinder, and an air intake system optimized for maximum efficiency in the high rpm range.
